The Sunday Blues have turned into the Monday thru Sunday Blues for me.
However, I had a week off and even though it was a bust with medical tests and trying to figure out why I'm dizzy and nauseous all the time...(I think I have the answer)...I STILL had a week off. Heaven.
I got to sleep late (as late as you can with an 8 year old in the house).
I got to get in some extra yoga at home and at the studio.
I got to watch endless amounts of TV.
I got to spend endless time with my lovely 8 year old heart.
I got to cuddle with the naked boys.
I went to the mall during the DAY.
I used the couch as my daytime bed.
I played catch with my daughter.
I met a long time friend for lunch.
I didn't think of work for a second. (Only that ONE nightmare...)
However, it's Sunday.
The last day of freedom.
My stomach hurts. My head hurts. My eye is twitching again.
I need a serious change. Yet I'm stuck.
Any ideas for getting over the Sunday Blues?
Ahhhh, that does sound heavenly!
ReplyDeleteI trust you made it through the Sunday Blues... How was Monday?
You sound like you had a lovely relaxing time. I love gardening. There is nothing like a bit of weeding to clear the mind. I don't know what to do about the Sunday eye twitch. I haven't had a full time job for so long. I think you should probably find a new job though!
ReplyDeleteHey, Janet.
ReplyDeleteJust checking in to see if you were saying anything over here. I'm so glad you stopped by today. Just sorry you're having a rough time. Please know that I am praying for you tonight!
How are you doing? Wish I had some suggestions for the Sunday blues, but I am useless.
ReplyDeleteHey - I wish I had a magic wand to sprinkle fairy dust all over you and make things better! But alas I do not. Keep on keepin' on, my friend! You are awesome! Cant wait to see your children's book!
