'Ku 'Ku Hatchoo!

Haiku Friday

Fuck you allergies
You make me sick every year
What'd I do to you?

Tired of sneezing
Tearing eyes are now old news
Zyrtec = Sleep

I can't sleep all day
I have Spring things to do here
Ruined it again

Now you get my girl.
Poor thing is suffering bad!
You are evil, dude.

One day I'll get you!
I'll get you to leave us, good.
No, we won't miss you.

Go here or here for Mr.Linky (these 'kuers rock)...to add your own piece of artful writing.

To play along for Haiku Friday, follow these steps:

1. Write your own haiku on your blog. You can do one or many, all following a theme or just random. What’s a haiku, you ask? Click here.

2. Sign the Mister Linky at the above link with your name and the link to your haiku post (the specific post URL, not your generic blog URL). We will delete your link if it doesn’t go to a haiku. If you need help with this, contact Christina.

3. Pick up a Haiku Friday button to display on the post or in your sidebar by clicking the button above.

  10. Excellent haiku!
    Allergies … so frustrating
for you and your girl ;--(

Actually I had awful allergies for a couple of decades and then they DID clear up (for the most part) … or I learned to make ‘adjustments’ to my lifestyle. I hope YOURS pass away too.

    Mine are up this morning:
I Up and Did it Yesterday! at Sacred Ruminations and Baby Beagle Update at Small Reflections.
    Hugs and blessings,

  12. Hahahaha, you had me at the first line. That's awesome. I'm still giggling, even if I'm sorry you all are feeling so icky and while hoping you feel better soon!

  13. Oh, I hear you. Son & I are both sick because the allergies triggered real illnesses...even tho we're both on Singulair & Allegra. It's been a miserable spring. Tough to keep the kiddo indoors when the weather is good, too.

  15. I'm lucky I don't chronically suffer from allergies, but pollen and household dust still get the better of me sometimes. Oh boy. It's miserable.

  18. I never suffered from allergies until I took an antidepressant. I swear it.

When I went off the Anti-'s - my allergies went away, too.

  19. Very nice. I am right there with you. It never seems fair that the nicest time of year I always feel the worst.

  20. I feel your pain. I'm currently on the most recent allergy medicine Astilyn, after having given up on Allegra, Singulair, Zyrtec, and (name your product here). It doesn't work either. I used to take shots when I lived in Tennessee and they worked beautifully. I would like to go back to those, but they inform me I would need to be tested again. And the Queen has them too. She developed a sinus infection from it. So did I for that matter. I'm beginning to think moving to Arizona would be good. Hope you both feel better soon!
